1) Who this site is for
This website showcases art, writing, travel/lifestyle content, and private companionship experiences by appointment. It does not advertise or negotiate sexual services. If you’re under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please close the tab and go do your homework.
2) House rules (aka the vibe)
- Respect & discretion rule this universe.
- Accuracy: You promise the info you provide (including screening) is true and yours to give.
- No illegal stuff: No solicitation, trafficking, or substances. Do not use this site for anything unlawful—ever.
3) Scheduling, deposits, and cancellations
- Scheduling happens via the booking form or email/DM (as directed).
- Considerations & deposits: To reserve a date, a non-refundable deposit may be required and applied to the agreed consideration for time.
- Cancellations:
- You cancel ≥72h before: deposit may be moved once to a new date (subject to availability).
- You cancel <72h or no-show: deposit forfeited.
- If I must cancel (rare), you receive a full deposit refund or a reschedule—your choice.
- Travel bookings: Flights/hotels require advanced notice and prepayment of associated costs.
4) Boundaries & conduct (short version)
- Consent is the plot. What happens in person is always mutual and never negotiated in writing.
- No recording without prior written consent.
- Surprise guests: Absolutely not—ask first.
- Breaching these terms may end a meeting immediately and block future bookings.
5) Content & IP
Unless otherwise stated, all text, images, artwork, videos, and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Don’t copy, scrape, or repost without written consent. Quote and credit if you must swoon.
6) Third-party links & tools
This site may point to outside platforms (payment processors, calendars, social media, form tools). They have their own policies and personalities. We’re not responsible for their actions—read their fine print before sharing data.
7) Disclaimers
- This site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it lovely and live, but we don’t promise uninterrupted perfection.
- We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. (We do offer good taste.)
8) Liability (let’s be adults)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If some court says otherwise, our total liability to you for anything related to this site won’t exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service (if any).
9) Indemnity (the “you break it, you fix it” clause)
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws/rights of others.
10) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes may be brought in the proper courts of Makati/Metro Manila, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
11) Changes
Like the moon, policies have phases. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date tells you when. Continued use means you accept the new edition.
